Anyone have any tasty puréed ideas? I'm getting lost for ideas.

Same here it's killing me!!! I've only tried egg salad, Greek yogurt, & turkey, gravy, and mash potatos puréed together! Wish I could fast forward these next couple weeks and be into regular food already!

I just finished grilling some chicken (garlic salt, pepper, then spray the chicken with a light coating of Pam or olive oil spray) then I cut them up and let them them cool. Mean while I puréed 2 zucchini, one small red onion, about 3/4 mushrooms, 5 cups of baby's spinach. Each time I added the vegetables to the blender I would add chicken broth. Once the chicken cooled, I puréed it as well. I added salt and pepper to the Soup mixture and simmered it on the stove. The grilled chicken taste really stands out. It is like a green color but other then that it is really good. I separated it for my lunch for the next 7 days.

Just ate the best thing ever ... low-fat ricotta cheese with some Italian seasoning mixed in, topped with marinara & microwaved. Lasagna without the noodles and meat, lol. So yummy!! And ricotta has tons of protein!
