Mylanta, just a tiny sip, chewable Gas-ex. I'm not sure where the weakness is coming in. I see you had a cold sore earlier, right? Tonight's symptoms may be a carryover from the crud.

If you have a constant lump in your throat, it does sound like reflux. Try and get yourself some omeprazole and see how you go.
