I weighed 273 lbs when I got my surgery and now 8 months later I've lost a 100 lbs! I have stuck to the diet have not cheated at all! I don't miss my old self! Life is so much better this way! I have 20 lbs to go! I have admit I have been blessed by the fact I have not hit a plateau! I heard about it but that's about it!

Life is good! High fiving myself! Woot Woot!
