Rvingdi 0 Posted April 8, 2007 Just keep sipping away. Drink hot broths, like chicken, veggie, and beef. It seems to fill me up. Keep your end goal in mind, but take one..day..at a time! Alex R. 0 Posted April 8, 2007 I know this is too late to help - but I cooked a turkey last week, just to make the broth. I knew that the Soup I would make would have way more nutrition than anything canned or dry. And I have been craving that Soup all through my pre-op diet. But I told myself that I had already 'tasted' those foods for years and missing this one wouldn't be the end of the world. Think of the healthier you that awaits......
