Zeniada B 43 Posted April 11, 2014 I may have posted about this years ago under my other account that I can no longer access. So I'll do it again. Has anyone been experiencing leg cramps? I noticed that after my recent fill I have been getting them more and more frequently. Could my change in caloric intake be causing more leg cramps?
rigonj 103 Posted April 11, 2014 If I don't get my "normal" Water intake in everyday I do get leg cramps. I think now my body depends on my high water consumption everyday and I get a hungover feeling when u don't reach it. It's almost like being dehydrated. I would try drinking more water and see if it helps. 1 catfish87 reacted to this

FruitLoop 86 Posted April 11, 2014 I have always understood leg cramps are caused by low potassium , try eating a banana daily
cutlass6521 127 Posted April 11, 2014 I too have leg cramping. Water increase did not help, potassium did not help. I had to add a magnesium and Calcium to calm down the cramping.

Shazam 517 Posted April 12, 2014 Yeah, when I first started after a couple months out, I had cramping really bad. Nearly a month. I'm okay now. It was tough.
