Question on Vitamins.. Pearl or no pearl?

Hey guys! I was shopping for Vitamins and ever since my surgery I haven't been on fish oil but I wanted to start back up on it. Does anyone else take it that is post op gastric bypass? And if so are the "pearl" vitamins okay for our pouch?
