AR40 88 Posted April 9, 2014 IM trying to figure out what kind of exercise I will actually stick to post op. I've done Zumba for a while(not consistently ) and enjoyed it . Anyone think this is a good option?
erp 2,016 Posted April 9, 2014 I think it's a great option. The best exercise is the one you do consistently.
CurvyCakes 269 Posted April 9, 2014 I know I was dripping with sweat and felt like I got a good cardio work out while having fun shaking my tushy. Lol

FireWife678 51 Posted April 10, 2014 Love Zumba!! I am lucky, my company offers it in our wellness center so a couple times a week I do it during my lunch hour. This week, the instructor added steps which kinda helped get the heart pumping!! I also bought the Zumba game for Wii. Of course the fabulous little belt that comes with it is not really a one size fits all.... I just put it in my waistband of my pants lol. One day, that damn belt will fit around my hips and not just my chest--under the girls! hahaha
