reading mom 85 Posted April 9, 2014 I had temporary lactose intolerance for a few months after surgery. I used creamy vanilla Isopure Protein powder and lactaid milk to make my shakes. It is not dairy free. Its made from whey, but it is lactose free. Now I make my shake with reg milk and I do fine.
