Kindle 8,667 Posted April 9, 2014 So I typically wear sports bras on a daily basis cause thy are so much comfier. But when I dress up, I wear a regular pretty, lacy bra that lifts and separates.... Accentuate the assets! Last Friday night I was getting dressed to go out and discovered my bra was saggy and the wrinkles showed through the thin sweater I had on. So I tried another bra...and another...and another! 5 bras later I finally came to terms with the fact I am now a very sad, saggy, droopy C cup (I ranged between D and DD preop) Looks like I gotta start saving my pennies for new "unmentionables". 2 StayingStrong and dreamscometrue reacted to this
slvrsax 301 Posted April 9, 2014 I finally broke down and bought myself some new bras, made me feel like a new woman! I also moved from a solid D into a C, but my band size didn't decrease that much.

Mrs.RRn 2,111 Posted April 9, 2014 I'm about to invest in my 3rd set of bras--- I wish they had trade-in value bc I enjoy nice unmentionables. 1 PRINCESSM reacted to this
kyleebean 209 Posted April 9, 2014 OMG Trade in value would be awesome. Those puppies are so expensive! I have always had HUGE breasts~ When my, now 24 year old, daughter was about 4, she was in a dressing room with me at Lane Bryant and she LOUDLY told me "Mommy when I grow up, I want boobs as long as yours!" I secretly hoped she would get them but she didn't. She's 5'9 and maybe 110 pounds..... I'm not certain she's really my kid~ LOL! I went from a 50H to a 46 D.... I look like I have deflated balloons that I could tuck into my pants.... OK, maybe not that extreme.
millergirl314 168 Posted April 9, 2014 It's sad, so sad. My meager boobies are just starting to shrink. I'm only a C but I'm hoping that with specific exercises that at least my lil bitties will be somewhat perky still. Or not :-(
MazadiB 18 Posted April 12, 2014 Ladiessss trust me I know the feeling I'm a year and 8 months post op I went from 264LBS Bra size 42-44DD to 150LBS bra size .......... 34B and saggy like socks lol but I'm planning on buying some when I save up enough
CrazyCatLady 130 Posted April 25, 2014 I am two years postop...went from 46DD to a 36B. Yes, you read that right. Finally had to go to a "specialty" lingerie store to get fitted. I had a pladtic surgery consult - surgeon says I'd most likely be a 34B-A once all the sagging leftover tissue was removed. Seriously, I have to wear 2 bras most of the time because I just have empty sacks for breasts now. This has been the most depressing part of my surgery journey. Think I'll go cry in my ( cup now. 3 millergirl314, mtchick and Kindle reacted to this

Veronica.N 18 Posted May 1, 2014 I want to bring up the wonders of Avocado! I was surprised that I had gone from a close to 40DD to a 34DD after 120+ pound weight loss! I got measured several times because I thought it was impossible for me to not at least go down to a D. My breasts have surely 'thinned' out, but I wouldn't say they're empty sacks. My cousin told me maybe it's because I ate a lot of avocado. I usually have it twice a week or so...which I guess isn't a crazy amount, but maybe more so than people who aren't used to eating it. She had also lost a lot of weight but completely lost her breasts. The avocado is the only thing we really did differently, and I looked it up. And yes...Avocado actually does help preserve and promote breast size. http://www.md-health.com/How-To-Increase-Breast-Size.html Just search avocado breast growth, and you'll see tons of articles on it. So there is still hope, even for those who think they have lost their boobs for good. Lots of good boob foods in the article, not just avocados Check it out! 3 BellaHugz, ladykatie_ and Kindle reacted to this
millergirl314 168 Posted May 1, 2014 Thank you VeronicaN! I like avocado, I'll have to check out the article, if it helps my girls, it's worth it. I also started taking liquid collagen w/biotin, hoping that also helps with skin tightening and Hair loss. Thanks again :-)
Veronica.N 18 Posted May 1, 2014 Oh! I've been interested in liquid collagen for a while. Have you seen any difference in using it or know anyone who you know it's worked for? I've been kinda skeptical...but really curious. I really want to believe in it

O-Town Body Rock 148 Posted May 2, 2014 And a boob job will most likely be my next surgery...and a tummy tuck...and chin lipo...
mtchick 29 Posted May 3, 2014 I have this area right above my belly button that will not go away! Any ideas (besides surgery) to make this go away?
