I just started to to weight lifting I am down 90 lbs and have 30-40 more to go. people I work with said I have to have it surgically removed. Can anyone help me on how to get it off on my own .thanks Whether or not it needs to be surgically removed depends on if it's actually excess skin or excess loose saggy fat.
