Our recipe forum is located here. We have a separate recipe forum for Lap-Band members here. We plan on releasing a more comprehensive and useful recipe section on BariatricPal later this year.

great site for the recipes. printing out the Snacks. some of them look so good. getting pretty tired of Protein Bars and yogurt.

Aren't the recipes pretty much the same for all procedures, or am I missing something there? @@Alex Brecher, I thought the Protein, less carbs plan was for everyone... just curious what would be different
