So over a week ago I had a fill and every since I'm not able to keep stuff down. I'll throw it up milk, Water each and everything. But within 7 days I've lost 11 lbs. Went from 250lbs to 239.8lbs I know it isnt healthy but I haven't been in the 230's in over 6 1/2 yrs. I won't be able to go to the doctor until nxt Tuesday 4/15/2014 .

this is more than unhealthy...it's dangerous. is the doctor aware you cannot keep any food or liquids down? you can become dehydrated and go into organ failure. really. no joke here. call the doctor...or better yet, go to the emergency room.

I can completely understand that desire with the results of losing weight but yeah it's definitely not something to toy with. Especially if you can't even keep liquids down. Are you doing super small sips?

Definitely try to get in to see your doctor as soon as possible. Did you tell them that you can't keep liquids down? Is there a NP on site that can help with an unfill? Not from personal experience, but from what I've read, it'll be hit or miss if the ER will have a knowledgeable doctor that will know how to unfill. Google and look up signs for dehydration. The ER can definitely help with that at least.

I know you love this magical quick weight loss but go see your doc asap!!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
