Madam Reverie 2,958 Posted April 10, 2014 I eat pizza. Thin crust. meat and veg and my beloved pineapple. UK pizza's are admittedly much smaller than US ones, but in an average medium pizza in the UK (thin crust), I can eat two slices. No problem! However and what I will say, is that I get hungry pretty quickly afterwards. So to me, its kinda empty calories. Tasty, but empty. Sadly it is only hardcore Protein that fills this beast up 1 MistyAnnMoon829 reacted to this
Dorian 683 Posted April 10, 2014 I do, but only thin crust now. None of that wonderful, thick, stuffed crust....drooling now. Gosh I miss it! 1 Mikee57 reacted to this
Jack 855 Posted April 11, 2014 Hope you all are satisfied. All this pizza stuff stuck in my eater-brain. Today I had pizza. OK, one slice. OK....2 slices.....it was cut in half!!! 2 Mikee57 and Dorian reacted to this

Madam Reverie 2,958 Posted April 11, 2014 Oh yes, pineapple most certainly belongs on a pizza.. As do very hot chillies, peppers (capsicums), mushrooms, corn and onions... 5 piercedqt78, MistyAnnMoon829, JustMeJFD and 2 others reacted to this

Give it a few months post op and very little (generally personal taste/physical response is the only specifier), is off the menu. Thats what makes making 'better choices' a pain in the bum! 1 Mikee57 reacted to this

Second runner up is bacon, onion, and hot peppers. 2 RNBSN786 and piercedqt78 reacted to this

But the first line (feta et al), I'd rather have them all in a fresh spinach salad with red onions, roasted capsicums and balsamic vinaigrette.. The second one.. Yeah, that'd work for me on a pizza.. <slurp>

LipstickLady 25,682 Posted April 11, 2014 Corn with what other toppings? I can't even pretend to imagine. I love a Greek pizza. I can't digest salads very well yet, so... That is a favorite of mine, though, with rare sliced steak on top.
Kindle 8,667 Posted April 11, 2014 Two Lakes Supper Club near Almond, WI makes the BEST shrimp pizza on a super thin crispy crust. Family owned and run since 1949. They close in the winter months and people put in their pizza orders by the dozens to stock in their freezers until they reopen in the spring. They also make a mean drunken chicken. Road trip anyone? http://www.hellotwolakes.com/history.html
