Pre op 2 week diet starts today!

My pre op diet starts today.. I'm really excited and starting to countdown to 2 weeks..I feel like a little girl waiting on Christmas Morning. This surgery will be one of my greatest gifts ever.. I'm so excited I get to share it with all my new pals on here.

Gratz to you Cari73! Be diligent over the next 2 weeks so you can have the easiest surgery possible. It's only for 2 weeks...you know you can be hardcore and really shrink that liver nicely! Just keep focusing on that soon to be incredibly shrinking waistline!

I'm 4 days into the liquid diet, 9 days to go! I really miss chewing food though :-(

Good Luck girl! You can do this....I am on day 4 of my 10 day liquid diet and awaiting April 14th!! So ready for this to be done and start my new life! I have done awesome of the liquid diet so far. No head hunger, headaches, or temptations! I just pray the nest 6 days are just as good. Wishing you luck!!!

And Protein Drink twice a day

I failed yesterday on pre op diet.. Went thru sonic after my sons baseball game game last night..

Started it right back this am.

I had a friend that had this surgery.. She tells me if I lose to much on pre op I will be turned away day of surgery.. I'm at 200 now.
