BigCountry007 129 Posted April 6, 2014 Hey everyone I hit a year and a half this month and thought I would check in. For those that have been here a while I used to post with the name BigCountryAB, but that account dissapeared or something. So I've lost a total of 110lbs and kept it off for a full year. I've experimented with lots of different fitness regimens but currently I'm trying to add mass lol. I'm able to eat anything I want and I can eat more than I wish I was able to lol. BigCountry007 129 Posted April 8, 2014 Honestly this far out I can eat whatever I want. I still stay away from heavy starches and focus on getting in Protein. Normal day would be boiled eggs for Breakfast, Protein Bar or shake for a snack, some sort of grilled meat and veggies for lunch. Meat is what gets me full the fastest I can only do about 6oz and I'm stuffed. I like baby carrots with light ranch for a late afternoon snack and dinner can be anything from Greek yogurt with granola and fruit to more grilled protein or scrambled eggs... I eat lots of different things I just don't do fried foods or sweets like Cookies or anything.
