Had surgery on April 3 went a lot better then I expected. Get out of bed and walk the halls . Trust me it will hurt like hell but it jump starts the healing and helps with tha pain.my surgeon was surprised on my recovery . I'm not bragging. I just wanted to pass on something that helped me. The journey has begun!
