realistic weight-loss expectations, question for older veteran female

Thank you so much. I am working hard every day to maintain where I am. The Fit Bit is key, MyFitnessPal.com is another. It's hard, but not as hard as living in a morbidly obese body.

Im 57, 5'1". Im not a fast loser. I've reach 81% of my excess weight to this point and plan to be a normal bmi. You can do this. I still eat a cup or less per meal, measuring everything. I stay around 1000 calories and use My Fitness Pal to track. You can do this and achieve your goal! Good Luck!
