abominableglib 0 Posted April 7, 2007 Thanks for the encouraging words. I just finished my 2nd shake today. yummmmm. We do need to stay in touch. That would be great!!!! I am excited and so glad that I'm on my way. I had to quit phentermine 3 weeks ago b/c I had to be off atleast 4 weeks before surgery. In the meantime, without that and with the anxiety I have managed to GAIN 15 pounds. I think I have eaten everything in sight. It's really a relief to know that is over and I'm taking control. I am excited, but kinda scared too. I'm glad I found this forum, some of the discussions I have read haven't been so encouraging I know it's gonna be a rough few weeks...but I know I can do it!
