piercedqt78 658 Posted April 4, 2014 It gets better, honest. If you work your sleeve, I mean really use it to it's full potential you will get rid of that sound in no time. I will be your biggest cheerleader, and do everything I can to help you stay motivated! It's worth every struggle, and every effort you put into the process. 2 Gettingsexyback and Band2Sleever reacted to this

Band2Sleever 78 Posted April 6, 2014 (edited) Keep going @@CurvyCakes I'm preop too... my date is May! I am converting to sleeve after failed gastric band. I scared of yet another surgery, but just want to get it done. I had a band for 10 years. It took me time at the beginning to get down to a normal BMI... then it was great and I was maintaining (albeit with a lot of hard work!). Then the band failed mechanically, and I had to have it removed, and put the weight back on til obese BMI again and now I'm preop for gastric sleeve. I think we all have our fears be it the initial WLS or revision. Wishing u much success becoming a sleever we will both be on the losing team racing towards a normal BMI soon. 1 Band2Sleever reacted to this
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted April 6, 2014 I am 10.5 months out and the other day while wearing a dress, I actually felt a cold breeze around my girly bits. I realized that my fat thighs weren't blocking my nether regions anymore when I walk. So bizarre! 1 Band2Sleever reacted to this
