Hi Nikki

I had this discussion with both my surgeon and nutritionist today and they told me I better use some sort of protection with hubby cause once I start dropping the weight I will become very likely to get pregnant and they said its best to wait one year before getting pregnant. Once your pregnant your Dr and/or nutritionist will help you tweak you diet to get enough nutrients for your baby.
