Breakfast ideas?

Recommended Posts

I have the same problem with traditional Breakfast foods. Foods that I cant get down in the am are fine at night. ( oatmeal, toast, eggs, etc) For some reason I have no problems with Belvita breakfast biscuts in cinnamon brown sugar ( costco, and most grocery stores in the cookie aisle) , Sunrise energy bars and Sommersaults (a sunflower seed snack , both at Costco) , nuts, wheat thins with PB, apple slices, pineapple and other fruits are fine.

I don't eat breakfast.... I drink two cups of coffee every morning, and then I have a "late" breakfast of a Protein shape after I come back from the gym around 11:30-11:45. My doc told me that the majority of his band patients can't eat breakfast in the morning!

Yup I can't reLky eat breakfast ! I usally have a cup of coffee then a avocoda around 11. I am then usually full untill like 5 or 6 !!! Then I eat a small diner and maybe a glass of wine.

Just a shout out to you. It's my belief you may be a little too tight. An overly tight band can lead to some very serious band complications including, slips, erosion, dilation and dysphagia. I would advise you to seek out your surgeon and tell him/her exactly what you eat a day and how you feel?
