I started my preop diet yesterday. Liquids... Liquids.... Liquids! Yesterday my head was hurting so bad! Today, it hurts but not as bad. I have drank Protein shakes...EAS, chicken broth, Powerade zero, and Jello. I have two weeks of this. Hope that as the days go by, this gets easier.
