FitSmash 8 Posted April 3, 2014 I'm on my 8th day and I'm going crazy! Its not the cravings of real food that I'm missing. Its the fact that I feel like I'm having the same thing over and over again and they are growing to gross me out. I don't think I'm getting the amount of fluids in as I'm suppose to and I feel like if I had better options I would be able to tolerate more. Any ideas?? I also take a can of Soup and put it in the ninja everyone in a while. This part does suck. I am living on mussel milk, Popsicles and Water. I bought so much crap that I was told to that I will never eat. Most of it tastes really bad to me post op. I ordered the unflavored ungery and plan on mixing it in with my flavored water to up my Protein level. cbwalker79 187 Posted April 3, 2014 Hang in there. This phase sucks and nobody can tell you any different. There's not gonna be anything that you like at this point! Just know that there's light at the end of the tunnel in a few more weeks. I watched food network to get passed this phase and dreamt of recipes that I was going to try once I got past 5 weeks. Find something to distract you while you close your eyes and down those Protein Shakes down. It's a breeze after that!!!! I'm 3 months out and down 50lbs...
