mommyjamie 83 Posted April 2, 2014 I have been taking Centrum for years. However I just realized how big those pills are and that they may not be recommended after surgery. What kind are suggested?
Ready2Live76 14 Posted April 2, 2014 Bariatric Advantage has chewable mutlivitamin that work really well. They are not gummies the cheweable like a flinstone Vitamin.
Reviewer 20 Posted April 2, 2014 I take a Celebrate Multivitamin and Calcium soft chew twice a day. The bariatric program at the hospital sells them for $15 each, also available on line for $10. No issues with swallowing these. The Multivitamin is very berry and the Calcium is caramel. Highly recommended.
The Laughing Cat 54 Posted April 2, 2014 My Dr office recommends Flintstones Complete and I am serious. I was taking Centrum chewables and these taste better.
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted April 2, 2014 I use the Trader Joe's High Potency chewables - one in the morning, one at night. They are cheaper and have fewer calories and carbs than the bariatric specialty chewables or the ones like Flintstones. I have my labs drawn regularly and my Vitamin and mineral levels are always excellent. 1 Ready2Live76 reacted to this

AmyFromCincy 56 Posted March 19, 2015 I was specifically told not to centrums, one a day, Flintstones, or gummies. I have to do quality chewables for the first 3 months.
