Stomach boated feeling HELP!

I'm one year postop from gastric bypass Yesterday I ate some almonds dry roasted peanuts .....

Then in the evening I ate 3 strawberries ...

Then my stomach felt like it swelled up till

I felt like I was 10mos pregnant....

My stomach this morning is still feels sore inside

Trying to drink a Protein drink but stomach feels

Like a have done 50 sit-ups but I haven't

Can anyone tell me what's going on....

And I guess half of a caffeine free diet moutain dew the other day is a no no

Like to here from others

Sounds like gas from the Mt Dew is trapped. I'm no expert, but can you take gasX, drink a little Water and walk? Sounds like how I was right after surgery. Also you might call your doctor in case the nuts got stuck.. Wish I could be more help..

I also ate those strawberries I don't know

Why my pouch and or my gallbladder is acting

Up....

Don't know anything about a bowl obstruction

Or something stuck in my pouch

I going to give it a few days see if it gets better

If it stays the same or gets worst I will call MD
