liquid diet

I was so nervous hearing about everybody having to start their liquid diet 2wks preop that I asked my nutritionist if that was something I would have to do bc that would most likely be the hardest part for me during this whole process and she told me NO. Im only going to do the liquid diet 2 DAYs before my surgery! I am so thankful.. anyone else doing the same?

I was lucky too, I had to do a clear liquid starting 3 days before surgery.

After surgery I had a week of clear liquid, then another week of Clear liquids with Protein shakes.
