Ndipilato 50 Posted April 1, 2014 So my sister had the sleeve done in August and she randomly sent me a corky message yesterday giving me a suggestion so I thought I would throw it out there for everyone! You all may have heard it but if not... She suggested I invest in some baby utensils or shrimp forks to help keep my bites smaller when I can start eating again! Seemed like a good idea to me! Even now being over 8 months out she said she still uses the shrimp fork most of the time! Also my dr office sells a divided plate for $17. They have the same size plate and same divisions sizes for $1 at the dollar general or Walmart, only thing is they are kids and come in like Dora, sponge bob, Spider-Man, etc... She recommends getting those as well as saving a few $ if ya don't mind the kids theme. My kids thought it was great cuz I would be using plates like them
Miss Mac 6,262 Posted April 1, 2014 Three months out I still use my smal utensils almost daily for something. This helps to keep my bites small even if it is just to remind me that I need to be mindful that Miss Tummy likes a little pampering.
