I never feel full, im averaging 2 12oz Protein Shakes 23 grams each & today was the first day i got 20 oz of Water in. Someone told me this & im gonna try it. The strawberry/kiwi is my favorite but it also comes in pink lemonade. I use 4 packs a day in 16 oz bottles of water. I get my 64 oz and 20 grams of protein while getting in my liquids.
