More Water and exercise this week so close to onederland I can feel it[. April 30,2014 202.8 didn't make my April goal but I'm making it to onederland. Every .2 loss at a time. I have to make my May goal more realistic with what my body is doing just slowing down in weight loss but the important thing is I'm eating healthy (minus Easter) exercising and losing. Disappointed but not going to let that discourage me. 183 at Dr.office but 181.4 at home in bday suit My dr says .5 to 1lb a week is a reasonable lost if that helps. N personally I have set my goals. Perhaps a little unrealistic but I'll get to that goal and the change it lol.
