I have lost a total of 47lbs and have gone from a size 16 to size 8. I'm 5'1 HW 197 SW 186 CW 150. cbwalker79 187 Posted March 31, 2014 Thank you. I workout 6-7 days a week for at least 30 minutes- an hour walking on the track, jogging on treadmill, spin cycle class or the elliptical at the gym. I do 30 day squat, ab and arm challenges and I try to do Protein which is difficult for me through shakes. I eat salmon, chicken, pork chops basically anything for dinner to give me my protein and a few veggies.
