Hello everyone???? newbie here.Just wanted to find others that are going through this also.

My weight last Tuesday was 225. I weighed last night and was 226. I guess only weigh first thing in the morning ?

My surgery is April 8th I still have to lose 8lbs and I am on the 2 week pre op liquid diet. My surgery will be in Gainesville , Fl.

The diet: Well, day 5 and I am hanging in there. I have stuck a smoked rib in my mouth last night , but didn't scarf it down. Didn't feel guilty or sad or mad. Just knew that it wasn't helping me.
