debknauss 24 Posted March 30, 2014 Any suggestions for a good Breakfast Cereal. I was sleeved 2/18/14 and want a new option besides oatmeal and eggs. I just had my drs appt 3/27/14 and lost a total of 32lbs. Anybody use carnation instant breakfast. I do have unflavored Protein mix. I appreciate any suggestions, thx! belloni45 21 Posted March 30, 2014 I have Kashi Go Lean GO Vanilla Graham Clusters Blue box, 1cup is 11g of Protein, 9g of fiber, which helps a lot with the Constipation issues.
