AmyV 82 Posted March 29, 2014 I'm usually a 28-dayer but am 2 weeks late. Post op 4 weeks and down 28 pounds. Anyone else experience change in Aunt Flo's visit after surgery? katt1584 46 Posted March 29, 2014 My DR said that was completely normal. I had a period a few days after surgery after years of not having one. He said it would be irregular and weird for a while. As long as there is no chance you're pregnant I wouldn't be worried. If there is, I'd take a test just to rule it out! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
