Birthsjourney 146 Posted March 29, 2014 Found if u take your Protein Bar and pinch off small pieces and roll them ...place onto an oven proof plate.. Turn on broiler for about 2.30 to 3 minutes .. Then remove! It leaves you with a mild crunch on the outside with a warm gooey center! Apple pie, almond crunch Quest bars are my favorites ????
