sissy13 138 Posted March 29, 2014 I get my sleeve in 2 weeks.. what are your keys to success?? congrats! I use my fitness pal ap and I record EVERYTHING I eat. I strictly stayed on diet my doc said and as soon as doc released me to workout I do kickboxing, circuit, and boot camp classes at the gym 3 days a week. That's all I havr done. I take lots of full body pics and make side by side collage pics these keep me encouraged when I dont see my progress or if I hit a stall they motivate me. Good luck on your sleeve. Im sure if you stay determined u too will rock urs.
