I have a high Protein greek yogurt before I leave for work, then around 11am I have a high Protein shake, then at 3pm I have another high protein yogurt. When I get home I have dinner - protein like chicken or fish then small portion of sweet potato w/ a little veggies. I should be full but like an hour later I want to munch on everything. Does anyone have any this problem? I want salty, sweet anything - It's really hard. I'm really tring but I often have a handfull of goldfish crackers, which in another hour leads to another handful or another something. Any suggestions??? What are some options for healthy Snacks? CAinSB 67 Posted April 22, 2014 I'm almost 4 weeks post op and feel hungry too.... I love canned seafood and found sardines with olive oil filled me up for hours! It kinda smells like cat food, but I love it! Canned baby clams are good too. tuna is too dry and I don't want to mix in mayo, too many bad calories. I hate the taste of mayo alternatives.
