I'm sorry to hear that; watch some videos of the procedure (I do that quite a bit on youtube) as well as watch videos of people who are positive and happily sleeved. Surround yourself with positive thoughts, encouragement and relax. I'll be nervous as well, but also so excited for a lifelong tool to lose and maintain. Stay on the Forum!

You know I got so much advice and asked so many questions, none of it was a surprise! I probably would've taken better before pics, so I always tell everyone to take lots of pictures since things change so fast postop
