Hi Everyone,

I was banded March 22 in Mexico with Dr. Ortiz. I am so excited to start on this journey to lose weight. Start weight 247. Lost 12 lbs before the surgery, have lost another 8 since. i am starting to get hungry, can't wait until my first fill. I am really starting to get hungry. I decided to have this surgery as I have a new grandson. I want to be around to watch him grow up. I am glad to meet others who are going thru the same thing.

You are right, I think some of it is head hunger. Its hard when you are cooking for others and smelling the food.

I used to put metholatum under my stallion's nose so he couldn't smell the mares. Maybe that will work for cooking. LOL!

Thats A very good idea BetsyJane.

I also have gone out and bought some new lip gloss and put that on so I am not tempted and I also chew gum. anything thing to help break the habit.
