linda305 173 Posted March 28, 2014 I know i shouldn't compare myself to others success. I had surgery December 3, weighing in at 269 and currently weight 233. I only lost 36 pounds in 3 months. I work out, stay hydrated and take my Vitamins. Any advice would help. Thanks
auburngirl 15 Posted March 28, 2014 Hang in there. 36 pounds is great! It is so hard to compare to others and can sometimes make you feel bad. Just stick to plan and you will be amazed at how fast a few pounds her and a few pounds there adds up! Good luck!
bertey 9 Posted March 28, 2014 Hi Linda305, I hear you! When I read the posts about people who lose 30 pounds in a month I think what's wrong with me. But it really is that every body is different (i keep telling myself that). I'm 2.5 months out and have lost 25 pounds. That's a good weight loss. And so is yours. It's just not as fast as others. I also stay hydrated, exercise, and ONLY eat 600-750 calories a day. Do I wish I was losing as fast as others? Yes. It will just take us a little longer but we'll get there. Slow & steady. All the best to you. B
