I stated my liquid diet to day...Help this is hard :blink:I know the out come is going to be great. Any tips????

I know only my 3rd day so no pro lol but have found drinking lots of fluids makes huge difference.

Hang in there. I also didn't think I could make it but like they said it gets easier after like the 3rd day. Good luck

Thanks guys that what heard that it get easier after the 2nd day. today seem to be ok yea drinking a lot seem to help a lot.. Boy do I look forward to my 16oz can of hearty Soup in the evening. Never really liked Soup before....lol

First 7 days will be the hardest. Stay busy! Walk away when you feel the cravings come on and drink Water when you want to grab for something to eat. This part is a mind game. You can do it!
