Skin feel crawly?

I was sleeved on the 20th so almost a week out, and I'm having hard time sleeping because my skin feels crawly...anyone else have this and what helps?

I used extra lotion when my skin bothered me. Not so much "crawly" as itchy.

My skin feels crawly when I am stressed... I think the ketosis also makes for itchy/crawly feeling. I took a lot of showers.

Its probably the come-down of the painkillers and the anesthetic leaving your body. Try and get loads of Water in and it will flush it out soon enough.
