25lbs since the 17th. which is when i began my liquid diet.

I was 262 at my highest.

I'm now 237 been here for several days.

I have lost 40 pounds since Jan 1 2014, that said my surgery was February 18, 2014, at that time I was about 224.00 so sice surgery 25 ponds I think that how it is... for the first time in years I am under 200 pounds......... love it
