fishingaaron 11 Posted March 25, 2014 It depends on the location of the pain on the right side. If it right under your rib cage it could be your gall bladder. I was having slight pain on my right side, under my rib cage. Had ulltrasound yesterday which confirmed the presence of gall stones. Will be removed next Friday. Common side effect of the rapid weight loss from the sleeve surgery. Other symptons of gall stones are indigestion, back pain, nasea and a few more.
