Leepers 1,195 Posted March 24, 2014 I started out on the treadmill, then my hubby joined us up to a gym. I have found that I love the elliptical! It really gets my heart rate up and I like to jam to Pandora's 80's cardio channel to get moving. Losing weight keeps me motivated. Plus the awesome powerful feeling of finishing a great workout. 1 catfish87 reacted to this

You might also choose to join us on that thread? http://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/294850-banders-exercise/?hl=%20banders%20%20exercise I bike and run. Started out walking on my treadmill years back....SLOWLY increasing over time. For me, it was finding something I enjoyed (cycling) and sticking to it. Days become weeks, weeks become months.....etc. I do not exercise without my tunes. Pandora is a great option, and I have recently found a website called steadymixes.com It has some great workout mixes on it .....all are free! Congrats on your treadmill workout! 1 Leepers reacted to this

sleepingarby 71 Posted March 25, 2014 I have been going to the gym since long before surgery. So now I've just started to expand my horizons by attending a number of classes offered there, including Spinning, Zumba, step aerobics and Body Pump. All targeting different exercise needs, cardio, endurance, weight training and toning. Plus they never get boring.
