robbie.lytle07 1 Posted March 24, 2014 I will hang in there. It is hard. I can't believe I was so concerned about losing too much weight before surgery. Do you eat when you are not hungry? I was told not to skip meals. I was also told maybe 2 to 3 months before seeing changes following the revision by the surgeon.
Hynita 113 Posted March 24, 2014 Yes I eat when I'm not hungry I tend to just eat to eat. My current weight is 155 but I go up and down all the time. I seen the most weight loss in the 1st 3 months. I have lost any in probably 3 months or more. I do work out but I could probably do a little more. I go about 4 days a week. I can eat more now than before too. Which scares me. I miss the stuck feeling which stopped me from eating before.
