hope2be 10 Posted March 24, 2014 When do mornings get easier? I don't feel like eating and when I try it makes me not feel well. Only 2 weeks post op. Anyone else experience that?
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted March 24, 2014 It took me a long time to get to Breakfast. It's all good. 1 BJay reacted to this

macman 603 Posted March 24, 2014 My first four weeks were on a liquid diet. I had to drink 4 ounces Protein Shake each hour followed by 4 ounces of Water the next hour (all day). I didn't really think about Breakfast until solid foods stage. It does get easier. The first couple months are difficult as you move through the food stages. But soon enough you will settle into a daily routine 1 ElyQuint reacted to this
leeann71 539 Posted March 24, 2014 I am 15 months out now and still problems with breakfast. I guess because before surgery I never ate breakfast. Now I just drink about 6 oz of a Protein Shake and I am good until lunch. It will take time but will get use to it eventually. good luck and hang in there.
