So we're a month out from surgery - how's it going? Now that the pain has gone and eating regular food is much easier, how is the mental hunger going? Still easy to stick to the diet plan or starting to falter? What works, what doesn't work?

Hello my name is Angie I was Banded March 14th, I have lost 17 pounds

I dont feel much restrictions, I slip up once in a while but most of the time I do good. I feel awesome, I hope after my first fill I will have more restrictions.

I'm sustaining.. first fill is in 4 weeks. BUT, I can start working out again later this week, so that should help kick start some calorie burning.

hey ya'll im amy. i was banded march 12, I am getting my first fill on April 6th...talk about a GOOD FRIDAY!!! Its definitally a little frustrating not having much restriction but i'm tryin to stay faithful. Im excited about getting my fill in 2 days, im hoping i will see a huge difference. I've lost about 20 lbs thus far and im hoping to loose another 20 to 30 before May 29th (MY HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATION!!!) so im crossing my fingers. well good luck to all and i would love to see some pics of peoples progress!!!
