capecoralgrandma 44 Posted March 23, 2014 Thanks for sharing, Linda. I'm going to buy that the next time I'm in Publix. I use mustard with my turkey breast but didn't think of using this blend with tuna...sounds really good. Betty 1 LindafromFlorida reacted to this
carstanger 346 Posted March 23, 2014 Not fond of mustard so does it have a lot in it??
LindafromFlorida 1,542 Posted March 23, 2014 It says mild mustard blend. It contains mustard seed. My husband's worst addiction was mayo and he uses this now so I am happy. It tastes like a mild mustard Mayonnaise . I use it in devilled eggs also, and love it on deli slices of roast beef. Sometimes I don't find it at stores so when I find it I buy about 3 to keep on hand.
EarthyGoalie 253 Posted March 24, 2014 I wanted to share this I have used this to make tuna salad. Works well. Thank you for sharing!!! Should I look for it at Publix? Or Wal Mart? 1 LindafromFlorida reacted to this
MIMamaof2 30 Posted March 24, 2014 I use a Greek yogurt dip. I find it in the dip section at Wal-Mart. I like spinach dip while dh likes the roasted red pepper dip
WhoKnows 288 Posted March 24, 2014 I find I can usually use yogurt to sub for mayo in salads that call for it. Otherwise if it's for spreading on something, I use avocado. Yes, it's high in fat, but it's damn healthy fat, and just a schmear isn't so much.
Iambeautiful 100 Posted March 24, 2014 I have never seen this brand.... it sounds good but i did notice on the label that it DID contain sugar? I wonder how the carb count can be that low if it does contain sugar... I'd be suspicious of that. I have a recipe for part greek yoghurt and mixing it with the dried ranch dressing seasonings from hidden valley...... I actually was desperate to find a good low fat low carb mayo as I plan on eating chicken salad a lot.
Iambeautiful 100 Posted March 24, 2014 @MIMamaof2 Is that dip low in carbs..... I am counting carbs diligently if it's anything with higher than 8 or more carbs i stay clear of it......
KBlood 13 Posted March 24, 2014 Thanks LindafromFlorida for sharing! That's awesome, I'll definitely need to try it!
LindafromFlorida 1,542 Posted March 26, 2014 I wanted to share this I have used this to make tuna salad. Works well. Thank you for sharing!!! Should I look for it at Publix? Or Wal Mart? I shop Publix, Walmart and Winn-Dixie. I buy it over and over, but sometimes cannot find it. So I buy 3-4 when I find it. 1 EarthyGoalie reacted to this
