are you able to cook w the sazon/adobo ingredients? do you still have pastellios, tostones and stuff once in a while?

I was sleeved on 2/28 and last week I made calabaza con pollo, and chicken tortilla Soup without the tortilla strips. I used cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper, Tomato sauce in both recipes. I had half of one beef and cheese enchilada too. Granted I should not have had the enchilada because it's not part of phase 3 for me. When in doubt, ask your nutritionist.
