Since this thread keeps getting looks I will use it for my 1 year update (that was hit yesterday 2/23/15). I am down 136lbs. and almost to my goal weight. I have a very healthy lifestyle now and work out at least 3-4 days a week. I love my new life and I couldn't gave done it without the tool of gastric sleeve surgery. My only regret is that I didn't do it before.

Great work. I am getting ready to be sleeved in less than 2 weeks. I'm on a similar path and reality is starting to set in. Starting at 379 and hope to be at the 215/220 range as well.
